Here's how it works: Set your first rental day to be the first day you plan to use your apparel. We will ship your apparel in time to arrive on or before that date. After you've enjoyed your apparel for the rental period, allow the apparel to dry and then place it in the pre-paid shipping bag that we provide. The return shipment must be postmarked on or before the last day of your rental period or late fees will be incurred.
Shipping: We ship via UPS Ground from San Francisco, CA. Shipping times are 2-5 days depending on your location. We only ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship to PO boxes.
Why can't I pick a certain date? Ship to home apparel reservations can be made a minimum of 7 days in advance. If you're in the Bay Area, we welcome same-day walk-in customers at any of our locations.
If my order arrives early will I be changed for extra days? Nope! We will ship so that your order arrives before your first day of use.
Can you ship to my hotel? Yes! Just list the hotel's address as your shipping address. Make sure the name you enter matches your hotel reservation. It's also helpful to give the hotel a heads up as the package may arrive before you do.
- We'll give you a store credit for your whole rental if closed highways or resorts keep you from enjoying your rental gear! No risk, plenty of reward.
